Over the past six months, the website has seen significant organic growth, with a 107.7% increase in traffic and a 100.5% rise in ranking keywords, expanding its visibility for relevant search queries. Also, the organic traffic cost increased by 55.9%, highlighting the value of SEO in driving cost-effective traffic compared to paid advertising. Google Search Console further confirms this upward trend with a 26.1% increase in clicks and a 19.6% increase in impressions (from 349 to 440 clicks and 60.1K to 71.9K impressions). By September 2023, organic traffic reached 6,990, up from nearly zero. A total of 194 keywords ranked in the top three positions, 1,216 keywords placed between fourth and tenth, and 15,703 keywords secured spots within the top 100. Analyzing 394 pages, we achieved 86 total traffic, with key keywords ranking in the top 10. High-intent terms like “workers comp doctors near me” saw significant ranking boosts, enhancing organic traffic. This success underscores the impact of strategic content optimization and local SEO in competitive healthcare niches, demonstrating the effectiveness of targeted efforts in improving rankings, engagement, and overall performance.
